30-day money-back guarantee
canyoufixmyza (trading as CanYouFixMyZA) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on provider subscription payments. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date and we will refund that payment.
Your first month is free, so you are only ever charged after you have already used the platform for a month.
How to request a refund
canyoufixmyza is the seller of record for all subscriptions. Payments are processed by PayFast and refunds are issued by us through PayFast to the original payment method.
Request a refund by emailing support@canyoufixmyza.co.za from the address you paid with, quoting your invoice number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually reflects the money within 5 to 10 working days.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from Subscription & billing in your dashboard — there is no long-term contract. When you cancel, you keep access and continue receiving leads until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
